At KayDee Reanne Esthetics, we want to provide our clients with the best service possible, and the policies listed below help us do that. We realize that life happens and sometimes it is impossible to make your appointment, all we ask is that you respect our time. Thank you!

Please reschedule your appointment if you have recently been in contact with someone experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
Please reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or cold sore.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge for 50% of the service scheduled.
No showing your appointment will result in a charge for 100% of the service scheduled.
If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment without prior notice, your appointment will be considered canceled and you will be subject to the last-minute cancellation fee.
All charges must be paid before you may book your next appointment.

It is our goal to provide you with the right skin care for your unique skin. If you have been personally recommended a product by KayDee and are having problems with it, please contact her directly. We are happy to replace it with the right product for you.*
